All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.

International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Fitpanda is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your building management, and filing a claim directly with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@fitpandagear.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@fitpandagear.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted, but we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair or odors, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Clearance items and gift cards are final sale.
